We will prepare you for your exam and if you fail, we will give you your money back. You must attend all the lessons booked and do all the homework.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Lessons are offered on a one to one basis and you will require a minimum of 5 lessons of 60 minutes each. If additional lessons are required, these will be charged at an additional rate.

Lessons are agreed in advance of this agreement. Italk cannot change the dates or the time of the lessons. If you missed a lesson, it won’t be replaced or reimbursed.
Italk guarantee that you will pass your exam or will reimburse the cost of your preparation course. You must take all the agreed lessons and do all the homework.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
TWINT Pay Later: If your total bill is more than CHF 1000, Italk will send you an invoice for the difference, e.g. if your bill is CHF 1200, you will have to pay CHF 200 in advance per invoice.
