For the guarantee to apply, three things need to be true: you attend all the lessons we agreed, you complete the homework we set, and you sit the exam on the day we agreed. These are simply the things that make passing likely, and they keep the guarantee fair for everyone.
What it does not cover
The guarantee is for one-to-one preparation. It does not apply to a single exam booked on its own, and it does not apply to the fide crash course, which is a faster, lower-cost option without the guarantee.
